• Can I change the Instagram account my Stampede Social account is connected to?

    We're sorry, but once you connect your Instagram business account to a Stampede Social event, you won't be able to change it.

  • Is there anything I could do that would accidentally break my connection with Stampede Social?

    Yes, there are some things that can stop your Stampede Social account from working properly, and you need to fix them before it can work again.

  • I changed my Facebook password what do I need to do?

    If you change your Facebook password, it will break your connection to Stampede Social. To fix this, a Facebook admin will need to re-authenticate your account.


    You will receive an email with full directions on how to put everything together  

  • What happens at the end of the Stampede Social trial offer?

    Once your free trial period is over, you will be charged according to the plan you select. 


    Don't worry, any information you entered and campaigns you created during the trial will still be there.

  • Can I change subscription tiers at anytime?

    Certainly! You can switch to a different subscription level whenever you want. The change should happen within an hour of when you request it. 


    However, if you want to downgrade to a lower plan, you should first delete any UGC campaigns that you don't want to keep active with the new plan. You should also archive any lasso automation that you don't want to keep running with the new plan. This will help make the transition to the new plan go more smoothly. If you don't do this there may be a delay in the service you receive.


    To upgrade or downgrade your plan go to the Subscription Portal. You can find it on the Stampede Social dashboard in your Profile section.

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Certainly, you can end your subscription whenever you want. 


    Even if you cancel, you can still use Stampede Social until the end of the month or year you paid for. After that, you won't be charged anymore.


    To cancel your subscription, go to the Subscription Portal. You can find it on the Stampede Social dashboard in your Profile section.

  • I’m close to my monthly DM limit - how do I add more DMs?

    If you have a Creator or Creator Pro account and you want to add DMs, the only way to do so is to upgrade to the next level. However, if you have a Creator Pro+ account, you have the option to add a set of DMs as an add-on.


    To upgrade your plan or add an add-on go to the Subscription Portal. You can find it on the Stampede Social dashboard in your Profile section.

  • How quickly can I begin running automated DM campaigns?
