User Guide / FAQs

Overview

Stampede Social can make your live event even more engaging. Here are some things it can do:

  1. Use your QR code (with an auto-dm campaign) displayed from stage to deliver speaker’s presentation slides to requesters in the audience. This will give you WHO requested the slides instead of just the number of requesters using a generic QR code.
  2. Run an easy event UGC campaign. Encourage attendees to share pictures from the event on social media using special hashtags and tagging the event. Stampede Social can manage all of this with our UGC campaign feature.
  3. Collect questions from attendees to ask the speakers. You can use Instagram to do this by spotlighting the speaker in a post and asking users to comment with their questions. These questions will be part of your Stampede Social dashboard for easy access and live readouts.
  4. Give out surprises to attendees for some surprise and delight. Use the giveaway winner's list feature that quickly chooses a randomly chosen winner from those who participate.
  5. Share exclusive content with attendees only. Stampede Social can use geolocation tracking to make sure only those at your event can access this special content.

  • How can I use Stampede Social to collect questions for speakers?

Stampede Social is a technology that can help you collect questions from people on Instagram for your upcoming speaker.

    Here's how it works:

First, you post about the speaker on Instagram to let everyone know they're coming.

Then, you ask people to reply to the post with any questions they have for the speaker.

All of the questions that people post are stored in the Stampede Social dashboard.

This means that you can easily read all of the questions on the screen or even download and print them out.

It's a great way to use technology and get people engaging with your Instagram content!

PS - You can use the supplied QR code in the Stampede social dashboard to drive people to the post mentioned above. Simply print out the QR code so people can scan it and be taken right to that post. (More on QR Codes here)
